1. General
Arctic Aurora Experience Oy provides booking services for tours and activities in Lapland. By using our services, you confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through Arctic Aurora Experience require payment to be completed as per the instructions on our website. Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made within the specified period on your booking confirmation. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, a refund may be issued.
If no northern lights are visible during aurora tours, we refund 50% of the tour price. This refund applies only to aurora tours and does not apply to rented winter clothing or any other tours.
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason (14-day cancellation right). If you cancel within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.
4. Liability
Arctic Aurora Experience acts as an intermediary between you and the tour providers. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or other issues occurring during the tours. By booking with us, you acknowledge that participation in activities carries inherent risks.
5. Changes to Services
Arctic Aurora Experience reserves the right to modify or discontinue any tour or service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes or cancellations and offer alternatives if available.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Arctic Aurora Experience Oy and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
